Biography:

Adan "Chalino" Sanchez was born in Torrance, CA, on April 14, 1984. He was the son of famous corridista singer Chalino Sanchez, who was killed when the younger Sanchez was eight years old. His father's kidnapping and murder made a stir in the regional Mexican music genre, attracting huge media attention. His father's popularity skyrocketed after his death in 1992, giving way to a long series of compilation records, postmortem releases, and dedications. Adan began walking in his lost father's footsteps at a very early age, recording his first full-length album in 1995, entitled Dios Me Nego (God Denies Me). Being brought up in California, Adan gained a strong following in the U.S.
